On January 16th 2012, Bill Mulvey granted permission on behalf of James Dalton to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:
I am writing you on behalf of James Dalton to grant permission for him to be allowed to host his shows on the Live Music Archive. He has an open taping policy & no restrictions at this time. I have been archiving him for a
while & James gave me his blessing to get him up & rolling on archive, so let's make it happen. He indeed wishes to be included on this wonderful site & resource.
